Joomla and SEO | Does Joomla Helps SEO?

How nice it would be if all the pages of your site get indexed without any SEO effect, that what happens with a site is developed with addition of JOOMLA, the content management system. Joomla makes made search engine optimizer's work easy, rather than waiting for the inner pages to getting indexed or making some submissions to get indexed.
